CVC Infrastructure
CVC Infrastructure seeks to make European equity investments in businesses and related services which characteristically exploit capital intensive assets providing long term stable cash flows and a relatively low risk profile. They will typically be in one or more of the following sectors:
- transport;
- public or business utilities;
- provision of government services;
- communications infrastructure;
- energy production and provision; and
- businesses providing related regulated services.
But may include investments in a wider range of business sectors with risk return profiles consistent with the above.
CVC believes there is the opportunity to earn attractive risk-adjusted returns from an expanding opportunity set in Europe
