CVC Infrastructure
CVC Infrastructure seeks to make European equity investments in businesses and related services which characteristically exploit capital intensive assets providing long term stable cash-flows and a relatively low risk profile. They will typically be in one or more of the following sectors:
- Transport;
- Public or business utilities;
- Provision of government services;
- Communications infrastructure;
- Energy production and provision;
- Businesses providing related regulated services.
But may include investments in a wider range of business sectors with risk return profiles consistent with the above.
CVC believes there is a significant opportunity set in Europe from which to earn attractive risk-adjusted returns.
